Dec 22, 2024 Very nice, clean and updated condo. They had everything you could need in a rental. Lots of beach chairs and some snorkeling gear as well. Area is quiet and a short walk from the Turtle bay resort beach area. Very receptive and responsive host. Phil Koch

Mar 26, 2024 We enjoyed the location for exploring the North Shore. 5 of us were very comfortable and we loved that there were boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Bathroom counters are small which was slightly inconvenient with lots of girls. It was a longer walk than we expected to the resort and beach, but we ended up driving to other beaches mostly, so it didn’t matter. Jessica Taylor

Feb 20, 2024 Our family of five enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and tastefully updated. And the location can’t be beat. It was a short walk to Turtle Bay resort, and a short drive to Foodland, several food trucks, and numerous world-famous surf breaks. We’d love to stay here again. Fiona Sanguinetti

Jul 16, 2023 This VRBO was perfect for our family! 2 nice size bedrooms with comfy beds and even 2 more beds on the loft. We slept great! The living room was very spacious and we felt at home. The private lanai was huge- we were able to watch the sunrise, sunset, and even fireworks on Friday night from the penthouse lanai! It was awesome! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and some more beach gear which made our visit to the Turtle Bay Resort cove great because we didn't have to rent anything. The washer/dryer was so nice to use. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had. The parking spot was great and the hose to rinse off beach toys in the front yard was perfect! I will definitely be visiting this place when I'm back on this island. Ann Patterson

Jun 09, 2023 The location was great for us to go out and explore the north side of the island. It's also within walking distance of Turtle Bay Resort so you can walk right to the beach and a couple of restaurants. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out inside and everything was clean. We had everything we needed when we arrived and enjoyed our stay. Marissa Condit

Apr 11, 2023 It's really clean and everything is ready. My child was injured, but it was equipped with a band, so I used it well. It's close to Shark's Cove. At there we used beach chairs and beach towels they prepared for us. Turtle Bay Resort and Turtle Beach are great places to see the sunset. I was happy every day because the shape and color of the sunset were different every day. I liked everything inside the house, but the best thing for me was that it had a washing machine so I could dry clothes easily and the detergent smell was great. The bedding is very clean and the bedding smells so~~ good. I'm a foreigner and it was really easy to contact them. I was also grateful for that. I highly recommend it. Sukyung Kim

Dec 17, 2022 This newly remodeled condo was perfect for our family of 4. My daughter stayed in the guest bedroom and son slept on the loft. The place has working air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking supplies. We appreciated the storage basket with beach towels, snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas! We rented Bikes from North Shore Bike Rentals which is a must idea! You can have alot of fun riding around the property. Katy Grant

This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with loft townhome is located adjacent to the Turtle Bay Golf course, home of the Fazio and Palmer Courses. This unit offers sweeping views of the golf course, tropical landscaping in common areas, and walking access to some of Turtle Bay Resort’s amenities including the beach lagoon or nearby restaurants.
With this property, you will find a full kitchen with updated appliances, flat screen TV, and an outdoor dining set for enjoying the golfers going by. The first floor bedroom includes a queen sized bed and private lanai, while the loft upstairs has two twin beds. The primary suite comes with a King-sized bed and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. The attached ensuite ensures you have all that need contained in one space.
As part of the Kuilima Estates West amenities, you will have access to the Kuilima West complex which includes 3 pools, a shared BBQ grill and tennis courts. Turtle Bay Stables, just minutes away, offers trail rides on horseback or book surf lessons and helicopter tour at the resort activity desk just inside the hotel lobby.
During your stay, one off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.
Please be advised that you are staying in the country, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat for pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.
-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay.
-Kuilima Estates West Condo Complex offers their own pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and shared BBQ grills.
-The sandy beach lagoon just in front of the Villas and Roy’s Beach House is open to everyone.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.
